My name is Sam and I’ve turned my photography hobby into something more... Squid Ink.
I was brought my first camera as a kid, and I haven’t really put them down since. I have been lucky enough to travel the world with a camera strapped to my side (much to my wife’s frustration a lot of the time). Wherever I’ve gone, one thing has remained the same… photos unite us all. They are a story that speaks every language and evokes an emotion or a memory for each of us.
Thus, a small light bulb came on above my head.
Why does professional photography have to remain unaffordable and inaccessible to the masses? Why shouldn’t you be able to hire someone with the knowledge and expertise to capture those precious moments with your loved ones, done so in a way that didn’t have everyone tense and uncomfortable staring into the camera?
Along came Squid Ink Photography.
Here, things are done differently. Muddy dog walks with your furry friend – no problem. Kids pulling silly faces at the camera – we’ve got it covered. ‘I don’t like having my photo taken’ – let me change your mind.
